I Clicked It Up A Notch - January 2012

I have decided to really try and improve my photography in 2012. I have done what feels like a great deal of shoots already in 2012 (for a beginner, like me.) so I'm going to take that a step further and start engaging in more contests.

Today I am linking up with Click It Up A Notch, one of my favorite blogs. She inspires me every day that I read her blog (which is every day that a new post shows up in my RSS feed.)

I love this picture because it helped me gain more confidence in my photography, especially since I am just starting out. Plus, Nikki is beautiful, and I loved the light that I captured here. What do you think?
